We just took a trip to Florida and Isabella slept most of the time... We drove straight through going but when we came home about half way home we stopped for the night .... It is 1100 miles one way.... My daughter drives it w/o stopping with her family. We are just getting to old. Our bodies are about worn out I guess...

The weather has been to hot to let our little girl go with us to town.... We used to keep her in her pet carrier on days like this but we've been letting her run loose in our breezeway and she hasn't made a mess out there. We leave the TV on for her....

I can't believe it will be 3 years that we've had Isabella..... I'm worried though because for no reason other than jealousy Isabella bit my 4 year old great-grandson on the nose while they both were sitting on my lap... Isabella has never bitten anyone....

Our little Isabella has been having problems with a tracheal (windpipe) collapse. Our dog sounded like a honking goose all night. In the morning I contacted our vet, took her in and was told this is very command in small dogs... Isabella also had a fever.. The vet gave Isabella a one time steroid shot and put her on antibiotic's. This is the third time this has happened and every time it gets worse... It makes us so sad to think we will lose our dog to this terrible condition.. We've always used a chest harness...
